Bio

Zach Daniels is a Vice President at BlackArch. He has more than six years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including advising on mergers and acquisitions of companies across a diverse range of industries and business models. Much of his transaction experience includes working with companies across BlackArch's Consumer Products & Services, Distribution, Industrial Products and Automotive Aftermarket groups. Prior to joining BlackArch, Zach worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s financial services assurance practice, primarily serving clients in the asset management sector. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina. Zach earned a master of science in accounting degree from Wake Forest University. Prior to earning his master’s degree, he graduated with honors from North Carolina State University, receiving bachelor of science degrees in accounting and in business administration with a concentration in finance. Zach resides in Charlotte with his wife and son. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, playing golf, supporting his favorite sports teams and frequenting local restaurants and breweries.
