Jesse Zahoran is Vice President at BlackArch Partners. He has over eight years of experience executing transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, public offerings, private placements and financing engagements. Mr. Zahoran has transaction experience across multiple Business & Professional Services and Consumer & Retail sectors including consumer services, tech-enabled identification services, integrated technology, outsourced essential field services, multi-unit retail, eCommerce and high-growth branded consumer products. Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Zahoran was an Associate in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan. He began his career in financial services at Alvarez & Marsal as a member of their Valuation and Advisory team. Mr. Zahoran graduated with distinction from Penn State University where he earned a bachelor of science degree in finance while minoring in economics and accounting.
