Jane Caldwell is a Managing Director at BlackArch. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Prior to joining BlackArch, Ms. Caldwell was the Chief Financial Officer for Cambium Capital, a registered long/short equity fund based in Charlotte, NC. Before Cambium, Ms. Caldwell worked in the financial reporting group at Goldman Sachs and was the Controller for The Motley Fool. She started her career at PriceWaterhouse in Washington, D.C. Ms. Caldwell earned a master's degree in accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School where she was the recipient of the BDO Seidman MAC Fellowship Award. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated with distinction. Ms. Caldwell is a former board member of the Urban Ministry Center, a Charlotte-based organization dedicated to bringing the community together to end homelessness.
