Glenn Holloway is a Managing Director at BlackArch, serving in the capacities of CFO and COO. He has over twenty years of financial services experience supporting both retail and commercial/institutional segments. Glenn’s experience includes a range of products and services, including: wealth management; commercial financing and syndications; debt and equity capital raising; mergers and acquisitions; CRE and LIHTC syndications; multi-family/agency lending; asset securitization; and derivatives and fx trading. Glenn possesses a vast array of financial support experience customary of the CFO suite, in addition to being securities principal and broker-dealer FinOp. Glenn earned an BBA in International Business from James Madison University, with concentrations in finance and French. Glenn lives in Fort Mill, SC with his wife, three children and the family pet.
