Bio

Cael Pulitzer is a Director of BlackArch. He has eleven years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and financings. Cael has experience across a range of BlackArch industry groups, including Industrial Products, Consumer Products & Services, Business Services and Distribution, with substantial experience paper & packaging. Prior to BlackArch, Cael was a Vice President in the middle market advisory practice at Lazard. Prior to Lazard, Cael was with Jefferies LLC in the Industrials Investment Banking Group. Cael earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University where he received a bachelor of arts in political science. He holds a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in corporate finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Cael lives in Charlotte with his wife and three sons.
