Andy Wright is a Director at BlackArch. He has more than thirteen years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments. Andy's transaction experience includes a range of sectors and BlackArch industry groups, including Industrial Products, Consumer Products & Services, Food & Beverage, Building Products & Infrastructure, Business Services and Distribution. Prior to joining BlackArch, Andy was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on middle-market sellside transactions. Previously, Andy obtained his CPA license (inactive) and spent several years at Grant Thornton LLP, including three years as a Senior Associate and Manager in Grant Thornton’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. Andy earned a bachelor of arts degree from Davidson College and a master’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Andy lives in Charlotte with his wife and two sons.
