Bio

Adam Tindel is a Managing Director of BlackArch and serves on the firm’s executive leadership team. He has 18 years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions engagements, public offerings, and private placements. Adam is head of BlackArch’s Distribution and Automotive Aftermarket groups and co-head of the firm's broader services practices. He also has diverse industry experience across a wide range of other sectors, including transportation & logistics, food & beverage and industrial products. Prior to joining BlackArch, Adam was an associate at Macquarie Capital and an analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Adam earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in business administration with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, daughter and son.
