Bio

Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. He has worked in the M&A and Investment Banking Industry Groups of Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in Chicago and New York, where he completed numerous M&A, debt and equity transactions for public and private companies in both domestic and international markets. He has successfully advised both Fortune 500 and middle market companies on numerous M&A deals in the consumer, technology, industrial, gaming and aerospace industries. He has lectured on M&A and valuation at Northwestern University's graduate school, and has founded and operated businesses in disparate industries. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Skidmore College and graduated with Honors with an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
