His presence has proven pivotal in a variety of deals including the sale of EMaC to The Innovation Group PLC, the sale of CitNow to Tenzing, the sale of Lightworks to Siemens, the sale of The Label Makers to Printeos, the sale of Proptech business Glanty to OTM PLC, and the sale of SFS to Cazoo. He has also advised on a wide range of MBOs, acquisitions and private equity and debt fundraises.
