Bio

Jenn is a member of the Assurance Services Department where she provides management and approval of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements for closely-held businesses. Jenn consults with her clients on a variety of issues including inventory management. She also leads Berntson Porter’s Transaction Services practice, which guides clients through the M&A process, helping buyers identify and evaluate opportunities for growth, improved market share and strategic alignment.
