Mitchell Spector Bio

Mitch joined Berkshire in 2004 and has more than 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Berkshire he headed Financial Institutions M&A at Bear Stearns, Prudential Securities and CIBC. During his tenure at Berkshire, Mitch has advised on a wide range of M&A and capital raise transactions for clients across the financial technology and financial services sectors. Mitch is involved in a variety of charitable and community causes including serving as a member of the Investment Committee of the Phi Beta Kappa Foundation.
