Jason joined Berkshire in 2023 and has more than 15 years of industry experience serving asset & wealth managers and related companies globally. He has extensive M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory experience across wealth management, private markets and investment management. Jason assists with transaction execution and serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them develop and evaluate alternatives to meet their strategic objectives. Jason has advised on more than 45 completed M&A transactions, with more than $15B of cumulative deal value and more than $1.5T of AUM.
