Caleb co-leads Berkshire’s Securities Industry practice and heads the Firm’s Valuation practice. Caleb joined Berkshire in 1996 and has nearly 40 years of industry experience. During his tenure at Berkshire, Caleb has advised on a wide range of M&A transactions in the institutional asset management, wealth management and mutual fund sectors.
