Lou Grecco Bio

Lou Grecco is a Managing Director at Berkey, Noyes & Co. where he advises tools & diagnostics, laboratory, medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients on a broad spectrum of corporate finance matters, including M&A, debt and equity financings, licensing agreements and joint ventures. Previously, Lou was on the Life Sciences team at Moelis & Co. and in the Hematology/Oncology Division at BioReference Laboratories. He began his career as a corporate attorney, licensed in New York and New Jersey. Lou graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History from Villanova University and holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and an M.B.A. with highest distinction from Rutgers Business School. Lou is series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licensed.
