Josh Woodbridge Bio

Josh is a Managing Director at Berenson and co-leads the firm’s principal investing business. Prior to joining Berenson, Josh was a Vice President and the Head of Business Development at Solamere Capital, a $1+ billion private equity firm that was founded in partnership with Mitt Romney (who stepped down in 2019 to join the U.S. Senate). Prior to Solamere Capital, Josh was a Vice President of Business Development at Gemspring Capital, a $1+ billion private equity firm specializing in lower middle market companies. While at Gemspring, Josh was responsible for sourcing new investments and leading the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. Earlier in his career, Josh focused on financial technology at Axial and the London Stock Exchange Group. Josh received his B.S. in Finance from Sacred Heart University.
