Chris Dubyak Bio

Chris is a Managing Director at Berenson, where he focuses on software and tech-enabled services. Prior to Berenson, Chris was a Vice President at Alantra, a global middle market investment bank, where he helped establish the firm’s global technology coverage group and New York office. Chris joined Alantra from Bowen Advisors, a Boston-based boutique investment bank that specializes in advising growth-oriented software and communications companies. He started his career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Chris has completed more than 30 transactions over the course of his career, advising industry-leading and emerging growth technology companies such as REEF Technology (proximity-as-a-service platform backed by SoftBank), PlumRiver (B2B e-commerce SaaS), VoIP Innovations (CPaaS), FSEnet (PDM & supply chain SaaS), Targit (BI software) and BroadSoft (cloud communications & collaboration). He has driven superior outcomes for clients with a broad range of global acquirers and private equity investors, including Descartes (TSX:DSG), Syndigo (fka Gladson), Nokia (HLSE:NOKIA), Upland Software (Nasdaq:UPLD), Francisco Partners, Partners Group (SWX:PGHN), LLR Partners, Pamlico Capital, the Wicks Group, and GRO Capital. Chris received his B.S. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
