Bio

Michael is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Berenson. He has over 25 years of experience in financial services and investment banking. Prior to Berenson, Michael was the Controller for a significant business unit of Zurich Financial Services; a Senior Accountant at Marsh & McLennan; and a Staff Accountant at Price Waterhouse. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and hold Series 7, 24, 27, 79 and 99 registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). Michael received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management with honors from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with honors from the University at Albany.
