Jeffrey co-founded Berenson Minella & Company in 1990, the predecessor firm to Berenson & Company. Prior to founding the Firm, Jeffrey was the Head of Merrill Lynch’s Mergers and Acquisitions department and Co-Head of their Merchant Banking group. Jeffrey joined White Weld & Co. in 1972, moving to the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Merrill Lynch following their acquisition of White Weld in 1978. Jeffrey graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Princeton University.
