Dom is a Vice President at Berenson, where he focuses on healthcare, software and tech-enabled services. Prior to Berenson, Dom was a Vice President at Berkery Noyes, a New York City based investment bank specializing in software and tech-enabled companies across various sectors, including education, healthcare, marketing, and financial services. While at Berkery Noyes, Dom focused on expanding the firm's presence into both pure-play software companies and developing healthcare verticals, such as behavior health and multi-site service providers. He also established the firm's presence in Austin, TX, where he currently resides. Dom began his career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Dom has completed over 30 transactions to a broad range of global acquirers and private equity firms, such as: Film Freeway acquired by Backstage, a portfolio company of TA Associates, Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) acquired by Blackstone (NYSE: BX), ACES entered a strategic partnership with General Atlantic, Electra Information Systems acquired by Gresham Technologies (LON:GHT.L), and Aries Systems acquired by RELX Group (NYSE:RELX). Dom received dual B.A. degrees in Economics and English Literature from Hobart College.
