Timothy Hurley Bio

TIMOTHY P. HURLEY began his career in the Corporate Finance Department of MERRILL LYNCH, where he worked principally with financial services companies. After nine years at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Hurley was recruited by LEHMAN BROTHERS KUHN LOEB, which he joined as a Senior Vice President with a similar focus on financial services companies. Shortly after the sale of Lehman Brothers, Mr. Hurley joined PAINEWEBBER as a Managing Director. At PAINEWEBBER, Mr. Hurley headed the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Group with 11 professionals reporting to him. After several years at PaineWebber he founded DELTA FINANCIAL GROUP, a boutique investment banking and financial advisory firm. Delta represented a wide variety of companies as an M&A advisor and as a placement agent in raising capital. Delta also performed numerous business valuation engagements related to both corporate reorganizations and litigation. In mid-2006 Mr. Hurley joined KEATING DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a real estate development firm, serving as its Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Keating, Mr. Hurley served as a financial advisor to that firm in connection with selling an affiliated company and in raising capital for its real estate development activities. Mr. Hurley joined Bentley in November 2008 as a Managing Director. He earned a B.A. and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME and an M.B.A. from COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS.
