Timothy Barney Bio

TIMOTHY J. BARNEY began his investment banking career in the Corporate Finance department of DEAN WITTER REYNOLDS in 1989. In 1994, he joined LADENBURG THALMANN and CO., ultimately serving as a Managing Director in their Investment Banking group. Mr. Barney thereafter joined PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS SECURITIES where he served as a Director in their Investment Banking department. In 2001, Mr. Barney became a Principal at SHATTUCK HAMMOND PARTNERS (the successor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities) and joined Bentley in 2004. Mr. Barney earned his B.A. from the UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA and his M.B.A. from COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY’S GRADUATE SCHOOL of BUSINESS.
