STEVEN J. GUY had 14 years of Sales and Marketing experience at various corporations prior to beginning his investment banking career. Starting his career at QUALITY PACKAGING COMPANY, he also worked at DEE PAPER COMPANY, GRAPHIC PACKAGING CORPORATION, KLEARFOLD INC. and INTERSTATE RESOURCES INCORPORATED, serving as the Director of Marketing at the latter two companies. In 1999 he founded THE PARKWOOD GROUP, where he served as President, providing M&A advisory services to the owners of privately held corporations seeking to develop exit strategies. After eight years, he then joined WESTBURY GROUP, where he served as a Managing Director for this boutique investment banking firm. Joining Bentley in 2013, Mr. Guy continues to focus on privately held companies in a wide variety of industries, particularly on M&A transactions. He received his B.A degree from MORAVIAN COLLEGE.
