Peter Weinbach has over two decades of experience in senior roles in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Bentley in early 2017, he was working full time as Managing Director/ Co-Founder of YANKEE HILL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (his personal family office) and Vice Chairman of GREAT WESTERN PRODUCTS (manufacturer of snack foods). Previously he was Managing Director/ General Partner and Investment Committee Member at AIG HORIZON PARTNERS ($340M private equity fund) and Vice President of APAX PARTNERS ($70B+ AUM private equity firm). As a private equity professional, he has served on a half dozen Boards of Directors in the software/ services, media and consumer industries. Additionally, Mr. Weinbach was a Director in the Investment Banking Group of ING BARINGS FURMAN SELZ and a Vice President in Mergers & Acquisition at CITIBANK/ SALOMON SMITH BARNEY. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the MARSHALL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AT UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. Mr. Weinbach received his B.S. (with academic honors) and M.B.A. from the WHARTON SCHOOL at UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA, as well as M.A. from the UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA.
