Oliver D. Cromwell first worked for BANKERS TRUST in 1973 and 1974. He began his investment banking career at DONALDSON, LUFKIN & JENRETTE in 1976. Mr. Cromwell was promoted to Vice President in 1980 and to Senior Vice President in 1985 (at that time the highest title in Investment Banking at DLJ). In 1987 he joined the Corporate Finance Department of OPPENHEIMER & CO. and moved to the Investment Banking Group of PAINEWEBBER in 1988. He founded Bentley in 1990 and serves as the President of Bentley Associates L.P. and Bentley Securities Corporation. Throughout his investment banking career, he has been a generalist working on a wide variety of transactions for middle market companies in many different industries. Mr. Cromwell was on the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of the SECURITIES INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (New York District), and has earned a Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) designation. He has served as a panel moderator and speaker at numerous conferences involving investment banking issues He also was a co-author in 2002 of Leading Investment Bankers: The Art & Science of Investment Banking. Mr. Cromwell served for two terms as President of the Brown University Club in New York from 1991 to 1993. He received his B.A. from BROWN UNIVERSITY and his M.B.A. from HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL.
