David Epstein has over four decades of banking experience, with more than 12 years as a merger & acquisition specialist at CITICORP. Initially, Mr. Epstein spent three years as a generalist in the Corporate Finance Department, including assignments in the Private Placements, Project Finance, Currency Swaps and New Business Development Departments. In 1980 he joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Department, where he worked on domestic and cross-border transactions encompassing a wide variety of industries. Mr. Epstein had responsibility for developing and coordinating the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Department. He was also instrumental in building the U.S. Corporate Finance Department, including the first new business group. Mr. Epstein has been with Bentley since its founding and is a Managing Director. Mr. Epstein is very active in supporting his alma mater, serving as a Vice Chair of the Brown Annual Fund and the Brown Campaign and as a Director of the Brown Club in New York. In addition, he serves as a Director and President of his apartment cooperative, is active with various non-profit organizations in New York and Newport, Rhode Island, and was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Epstein received his B.A. from BROWN UNIVERSITY and his M.B.A. from COLUMBIA BUSINESS SCHOOL.
