Wayne Homschek began his financial career in New York, in the Accelerated Career Entry Program of PRUDENTIAL INVESTMENT CORPORATION in 1987. After a little over one year, he was re-located to Sydney, Australia to PRUDENTIAL BACHE in their Investment Banking Group. In 1991, Mr. Homschek joined JARDINE FLEMING AUSTRALIA where he served as an Associate Director, with a focus on Australia and South East Asia. Recruited to join COUNTY NATWEST CORPORATE FINANCE, he did mergers and acquisitions as well as IPOs for five years. Joining SALOMON SMITH BARNEY/CITIGROUP in 1998, he became Head of the Technology/Media/Telecom Investment Banking Group in Australia for five years. In 2003, he co-founded a bakery-cafe restaurant chain that grew to 80 stores in Australia with some initial expansion into Asia, the Middle East and the United States over the course of a dozen years. In 2015, he returned to the investment banking world to focus on companies in the Technology/Media/Telecom sectors by joining Bentley. Mr. Homschek earned his B.S. from the GEORGIA INSTITUTE of TECHNOLOGY.
