Ramon Suazo has more than 20 years of investment banking experience, beginning with Lehman Brothers Global M&A Division in New York. Mr. Suazo’s investment banking career includes roles as Head of Surface Transportation at HSBC Corporate Investment Banking and Markets in New York, and founding member of the Transportation and Logistics Investment Banking Group at Stifel Nicolaus in Baltimore. He has completed over 60 strategic and capital markets transactions representing more than $50 billion in aggregate enterprise value. Mr. Suazo began his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton’s Global Aerospace Group.
