Mr. Wilson is a chartered accountant and a corporate finance qualified professional with more than 25 years post-qualification experience and has acted as lead adviser on more than 100 transactions, including cross-border transactions across many varying sectors and both the sell-side and the buy-side. He has also held a number of head finance roles in the industry and has owned his own private equity backed businesses.
