Bio

Mr. Karnofel has been directly involved in various corporate mergers and acquisitions since the early 1980s, and has acted in an advisory capacity since 1999. Prior to his career in M&A, he owned and operated six businesses ranging from an accounting practice to a sports and entertainment company. He has been a CFO for a large multinational corporation as well as a CEO for a company with 150 locations across the US.
