Andrew Donaldson Bio

Andrew Donaldson is a Vice President at Belstone Capital. He is responsible for leading transactions throughout the entire lifecycle including financial analysis, valuation, marketing materials preparation, and working closely with client-partners and investors to facilitate the due diligence process. Andy's corporate finance experience includes the execution of over $5 billion of mergers & acquisitions transactions, as well as over $10 billion of IPO, equity, equity-linked and debt capital transactions. Previously, Andy was an investment banker with Citigroup and also the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund, a REIT based in Denver, CO. Andy holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
