Ricardo Belotti Bio

Partner and founder of Belotti & Associados since 1997. He was a partner at Brasilpar, executive director of Masa Veto and BNDESPAR. He has long experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity Funds, management of investment funds in shares on the stock exchange, having acted in numerous transactions of shareholdings, privatization processes and Project Finance. Participated in Negotiation programs at Stanford and INSEAD, holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from the School of Business Administration of São Paulo - Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
