Partner at Belotti & Associados since Nov 2011. Has extensive experience in M&A and business valuation from over a decade in corporate finance at Big4 and investment banking boutiques. Acquired broad private equity real estate expertise working for 4 years at Cipasa Urbanismo one of the 3 biggest land developers in Brazil. Moved to London in the middle of a pandemic, to expand his M&A advisory firm overseas and has been very active in the CFA UK Society. Graduated in Economics at the University of São Paulo (USP), with specialization courses in Turnaround and Restructuring at Insper and Negotiation at Harvard Business School and is a CFA charter holder.
