Dave Gesmondi is a Managing Director at BellMark Partners, LLC and is primarily responsible for originating and executing investment banking assignments for the firm. Prior to founding BellMark, Dave was a Senior Banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets, Inc. in Cleveland where he focused on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions and capital raising assignments for both public and private companies. Before joining KeyBanc, Dave was a founding officer of the Consumer and Industrial M&A practice for Covington Associates LLC, a boutique investment bank based in Boston. Prior to joining Covington, Dave spent six years in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Fleet Securities, Inc. the investment banking division of FleetBoston Financial Corporation. Dave received a B.S. in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude from Boston College and his MBA with distinction from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
