Kevin has over 20 years of investment banking experience helping companies explore their strategic alternatives, including recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, refinancings, public offerings, and general financial advisory services. Kevin has completed transactions ranging in size from $5 million to over a billion and worked with companies ranging in enterprise value of $10 million to over $30 billion. Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Georgia with a major in Finance. Kevin’s industry experience spans industrial, manufacturing, business services, consumer products and services, healthcare and media. Kevin has worked extensively with founder-led and family-owned businesses as well as large, private and publicly traded companies.
