Will Fischtein Bio

Will brings over twenty years of experience in deal facilitation and transactions, encompassing roles as a commercial litigation lawyer, business intermediary, and serial entrepreneur. At Beacon, he specializes in business valuations and sell-side engagements. Will began his career in operations at an innovative Internet company in New York City, focusing on supply chain management and technology. Prior to founding Beacon in 2010, he managed Sunbelt Business Brokers Toronto, overseeing the three largest Sunbelt territories in Canada. Additionally, Will has a background in hospitality real estate development and asset and property management. His previous leadership roles include serving as CEO of Sunbelt Business Brokers Toronto and managing the three largest Sunbelt territories in Canada. He also served as Treasurer and Director of the International Business Brokers Association – Canada Chapter from 2009 to 2012. Currently, Will serves as a dealmaker and director of business development at Beacon, focusing on sell-side mandates, corporate finance engagements and business valuations.
