Mr. Bisceglia is a Managing Director at BDO Capital Advisors, LLC and serves as Co-Head of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) and Business Services practice. He is a senior banker and member of BDO Capital’s leadership team having led the execution for many of the firm’s largest and most successful engagements. Mr. Bisceglia has spent his entire career advising middle market companies across a broad spectrum of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and debt and equity financings. He has completed transactions across a wide variety of sub-verticals within the TMT and Business Services space, as well as in the Consumer & Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Manufacturing & Distribution sectors. Geographically, Mr. Bisceglia spent 10 years in the firm’s Boston office before leading the expansion of BDO Capital to Richmond where he is focused on managing BDO Capital’s relationships and clientele throughout the Atlantic and Southeast regions. Prior to joining BDO Capital in 2011, Mr. Bisceglia worked in the Investment Banking Division of Mann, Armistead & Epperson, Ltd., where he assisted the named partners with execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, fairness opinions, litigation support, and board advisory mandates. Prior to joining Mann, Armistead & Epperson, Mr. Bisceglia covered diversified media and small-cap companies within the U.S. Equity Division at T. Rowe Price Associates.
