Mr. Higgins serves as a Director for BDO Capital Advisors, LLC and leads the West region. He has 8 years of middle market investment banking and corporate finance experience covering numerous industries. Mr. Higgins has advised on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, private equity recaps, equity and debt capital raising, project finance transactions, and strategic alternatives for manufacturing & distribution, business services, consumer & retail, energy & natural resources, and healthcare & life sciences companies. Mr. Higgins has extensive experience leading execution of sell-side transaction processes and specializes in working closely with business owners and management teams to achieve their objectives in addition to maintaining strong relationships with institutional capital providers throughout the market. Prior to joining BDO Capital in 2015, Mr. Higgins worked at Pan American Finance where he assisted the named partners with the execution of cross-border M&A transaction, joint ventures, debt and equity capital raising, and project finance transactions for companies operating in Latin America and around the world.
