Bio

Philip most recently spent 20 years at GE Capital primarily in the mergers & acquisitions group as Managing Director focused on acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships in their consumer finance business. While at GE Capital, he also had leadership roles in the finance, risk and operations groups. Philip started his career at Arthur Andersen in the Audit & Tax group focused on clients in the financial services industry. Since then he has held finance positions at William M Mercer and CFO of an Internet start-up. Philip graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in Accounting.
