Glenn Harrison is a highly seasoned investment banker with vast corporate finance and M&A expertise, having executed more than 40 announced transactions totaling approximately $18 billion since 2005. Glenn has extensive experience advising public and private companies on strategic alternatives including acquisitions, sales, divestitures, spin-offs, and leveraged buyouts, as well as raising institutional capital through public equity and debt offerings and private placements. Prior to joining BCMS, Glenn was a Managing Director at FBR Capital Markets, where he was responsible for helping to lead the firm’s effort in Energy and Natural Resources, as well as a member of the firm’s M&A Subcommittee and Fairness Opinion Committee. Glenn also previously served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he advised public and private companies across multiple sectors, including Energy, Healthcare, Consumer, Industrials, Media and Technology.
