Andy Wood is a senior deal leader in North America based in Texas in the Dallas/Fort Worth office. Andy has a combined 16 years of experience with BCMS in the United States and the United Kingdom. He has been involved in all aspects of the M&A transaction process, focused on both deal management and negotiation. During this time, Andy has successfully executed deals in a wide variety of industries including: marine, defense and aerospace, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, automotive, distribution, oil and gas, facilities management, retail, IT, entertainment, property management, HVAC, pharmaceutical, software, industrial and healthcare. Earlier in his career, Andy gained commercial experience as Brand Manager for a major sports distribution company based in the UK.
