Lex Colley is an experienced deal leader having executed more than 100 M&A and financing assignments to date, with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $4.0 billion. Lex has over 15 years of experience in M&A and advisory assignments, public equity and debt offerings, buyouts, private placements, and leveraged recaps. He has advised companies in the technology, media, telecom, life sciences, consumer products and industrials sectors. Lex has cultivated C-level relationships within the Technology sector across the U.S., China and India, as well as with leading hedge funds, venture capitalists, private equity firms and specialty lenders. Lex’s original Wall Street experience includes working with the firms Alex. Brown & Sons in New York City and Salomon Smith Barney in California.
