Bio

Peter co-founded Bayview Capital Group and has over 30 years of direct sell-side merger and acquisition experience in the middle market. Prior to starting Bayview, he was a Vice President and Principal at Norwest Corporate Finance where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and business valuations. Before joining Norwest, he was a Vice President for Western Companies, a private investment banking firm specializing in the sale of middle market businesses. Peter has investment banking and valuation experience with businesses in a wide range of industries and has appeared as an expert witness in the area of business valuation. He was a co-founder of Bayview Capital Partners I LP SBIC (now Tonka Bay Equity Partners), before taking over Bayview Capital Group in 2004. Peter has a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
