In his main role with Bayview, Nicholas leads the research and drafting efforts which produce client Confidential Information Memoranda. Nicholas has over 15 years of professional services experience. From 2004-2010, he was Vice President of M&A with Bayview Capital Group, where he assisted with all aspects of M&A transactions. From 2010-2013, he served as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, with primary roles including project management and content delivery for enterprise strategy and due diligence efforts. After McKinsey & Company, Nicholas has continued consulting as founder and Director of Midwest Strategy Partners, LLC (“MSP,” www.mwstrategypartners.com). With MSP, his consulting practice focuses on serving the due diligence, growth strategy, and M&A strategy needs of private equity groups and middle-market operating companies. Nicholas received an MBA in Finance as a Dean’s Fellow at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a B.A. from Stanford University.
