Mr. Houlihan is a Managing Director with nearly 15 years of investment banking experience advising clients in the broadband infrastructure, data center, cloud services and technology sectors. He has advised on transactions valued in aggregate of more than $7 billion. Notable transactions on which Mr. Houlihan has advised include Vero Network's $115 million financing with a bank syndicate; the sale of Fatbeam to Basalt Infrastructure; the growth equity investment in Wyyerd from The Carlyle Group; the sale of Hawaiki to the BW Group; the sale of a majority stake in SummitIG by SDC Capital; the sale of Clearwave to CableOne; the merger of ZenFi and Cross River Fiber; the sale of FirstLight Fiber to Antin Infrastructure; the sale of MegaPath to Fusion; the acquisition of Itconic from Carlyle Group by Equinix; the sale of Wilcon to Crown Castle; the sale of Hibernia Networks to GTT Communications; the sale of a majority investment in Unite Private Networks by Cox Communications; the sale of FirstLight Fiber to Oak Hill Capital; the separation of Integra and Electric Lightwave into two independent companies; the sale of MegaPath’s managed services business to GTT Communications; the sale of Expereo to Carlyle Group. Prior to Bank Street, Mr. Houlihan was a Director at Solomon Partners focused on the Digital Communications sector. Mr. Houlihan has an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Illinois.
