Mr. Vasilopoulos has 25 years of experience in investment banking advising clients in the communication infrastructure and services sectors. During his career, Mr. Vasilopoulos has focused on M&A as well as equity and debt capital raises for both public and private companies in the fiber, data center, tower, managed services, and cloud services sectors. Prior to joining Bank Street, Mr. Vasilopoulos held a number of positions, including Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology, Media and Communications investment banking at Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Vasilopoulos also served as a Managing Director and Head of both the Wireline Services and Internet Infrastructure sectors at Deutsche Bank. Previously, he was also a principal at Morgan Stanley and a vice president at Bear Stearns. Before entering investment banking, Mr. Vasilopoulos was an engineer for AT&T Bell Labs in Holmdel, NJ. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
