Michael Milani Bio

Michael Milani is a principal with Baker Tilly Capital, LLC, the private investment banking subsidiary of Baker Tilly. With more than 35 years of experience, Mike leads Baker Tilly Capital’s merger and acquisition efforts. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Mike worked at a large national firm’s corporate finance group as a senior managing director and previously as president. He also has experience as a commercial banking officer.
