With more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, David has served as an advisor to developers, investors, insurance companies and tax investors. David’s expertise spans the entire capital stack, including development capital, construction finance, term debt, back-leverage debt, and tax equity structures such as partnership flips, sale-leasebacks and prepaid service contracts.
