Victoria Middleton is a director with Baker Tilly’s forensic, litigation and valuation services practice. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has worked as a forensic accountant since 2006. Victoria specialises in the quantification of losses for commercial litigation and international arbitration and the valuation of businesses for legal disputes including breach of warranty claims, unfair prejudice petitions and negligence claims. Victoria trained at a Big Four accounting firm and has also spent several years working as an in-house forensic accountant and expert quantum advisor at two leading UK law firms, working alongside commercial litigators providing damages quantification, quantum strategy advice and negotiation support.
