Timothy Costello is managing principal of Baker Tilly’s enterprise solutions and operations team. Tim has more than 25 years of strategic, financial, operating and organizational experience in professional services and technology. As managing partner, he oversees finance, enterprise technology, data analytics, corporate development, and administrative resources, fostering strong connections between these vital functions. Tim specializes in strategic planning and operations, private capital, human capital management and financial reporting and management. Prior to the firm merging with Baker Tilly, Tim served as the CEO of a top 100 tax consulting firm, where he was the founding CFO and led the management buyout from the firm’s private equity sponsor. He previously was the CFO and later COO of a venture backed startup telecom software company. Prior to that, Tim spent 10 years in the assurance practice of a public accounting firm servicing a mix of startup, privately held and public enterprises.
