Theary Phat is a tax principal with Baker Tilly. Theary has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting with three of those years at a Big Four firm. In her role as director, Theary works closely with publicly held and privately owned corporate clients to provide tax planning, compliance and consulting services to companies in the software development, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail and professional services industries. She is particularly well versed in the preparation of federal and state income tax returns and possesses considerable experience with ASC 740 computations.
